Cree House
Interiors for the 1955 Cree House by architect Albert Frey, a celebrated landmark of desert modernism.
The Project
The architecture stays the subject
The interiors defer to the building, so Albert Frey's 1955 lines, materials, and connection to the desert hillside remain the subject rather than the backdrop.
Like every Capurro + Davis project, the work began with the building's original intent and the way its owners wanted to live, rather than with a trend.
